IT Support Engineer

. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing reliable technical support to employees across the organization in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related IT equipment. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner. Assist users with IT-related queries, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient solutions. Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and asset records. Support network connectivity, email systems, and basic server administration tasks. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required. Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company IT policies.

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role. Good knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
