IT Support Engineer - On Site

We are seeking an experienced ICT Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting advanced ICT solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design, implementation, and support of networking solutions (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.)

- Oversee structured cabling, CCTV installation, and server/storage setup/troubleshooting (Windows 2022 Server)

- Provide L2 support for Office 365 and End User Devices (including printers)

- Assist with audio-visual and video conferencing systems

Skills & Expertise: ( Certification in any of the below would be given weightage )

- Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware; Cloud: Office 365, Azure, SharePoint

- Backup & Recovery & Email Solution: Acronis, Veeam ,Office 365

- Networking & Security: Cisco, SonicWall, Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki,Sophos

- Server/Storage: HP, Dell, Fujitsu, Lenovo, QNAP

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in ICT

- 2+ years of experience in ICT engineering, focusing on large-scale infrastructure

- UAE Driving License (for onsite support)

- Strong networking, security, and cabling design experience

- Knowledge of server/data center design, IT security, and audio-visual systems

- Industry certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, etc.

- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
