IT Support Engineer

to join our growing team in

. This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day technical operations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth IT functionality across all departments. If you are passionate about technology and problem-solving, this position offers a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and internal systems. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor network performance and ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity. Troubleshoot issues related to email, applications, system access, and connectivity. Assist in setting up user accounts, access controls, and system permissions. Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and service-related issues. Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely repairs or replacements. Support employees with remote access and company software usage. Ensure all IT operations follow company security policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and MS Office. Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
