Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a skilled and dedicated

IT Support Engineer

to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who can provide reliable technical support, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security protocols. Assist in upgrading systems, deploying new technologies, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Ensure data backup processes and cybersecurity measures are followed. Document issues, resolutions, and system configurations. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance. Support employees with remote and on-site IT requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar IT role. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking concepts, and troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with firewalls, VPN, cybersecurity basics, and cloud platforms is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
