Provide end-user technical support for all hardware, software, and ICT systems across the organization. Ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of IT services to support uninterrupted business operations across office environments.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Troubleshooting
Install, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on ICT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, telephones, projectors, iPads/Tablets, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and local/network printers.
Install and deploy drivers, security patches, service packs, and software packages.
Log, track, escalate, and resolve support requests via the IT Helpdesk system.
Configure and manage iPads/Tablets across relevant departments.
Test and validate IT equipment after third-party repair or maintenance.
Maintain accurate and updated ICT asset records within the Helpdesk system.
Prepare support reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Must know the reports and troubleshooting of data in Power Apps.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain technical documentation, user instructions, and knowledge base articles.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on support issues, performance metrics, and asset status.
Must follow the assets handover / return / replacement letters and to be kept in server folders.
Also initiate the documents for the newly joiners like email ID request, Assets required, folders rights etc.

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems.
Experience with iPad setup and configuration (MDM knowledge is an advantage).
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DHCP, printer setup).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Power BI, Power Apps for reporting and asset tracking.
Hands on experience on email & Hardware security like Mimecast, SentinalOne etc.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift, move, and install IT hardware when required.
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours for urgent troubleshooting or system go-lives.
