Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of IT infrastructure. Respond to user queries promptly and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions. Support data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Manage network configurations and security protocols. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and upgrades. Keep records of system updates, incidents, and resolutions for reference.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with IT security principles and system management tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
