Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

IT Support Engineer

with at least 1 year of experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring smooth IT operations across various environments. A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Network Management:

Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet connectivity. Ensure network reliability and performance.

System Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS systems. Manage updates, patches, and backups.

Firewall & Security:

Configure and manage firewalls, antivirus, and encryption protocols. Conduct regular security assessments.

Email Hosting:

Set up and manage email hosting platforms. Troubleshoot mail flow and access issues.

CCTV & PABX:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance and PABX telephony systems.

User Support:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Train users on IT tools and best practices.

Server & Backup:

Maintain file/web servers and databases. Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.

Hardware Management:

Oversee installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:

UAE Driving license (Preferred)
