Job Description

We're Looking For:

?An immediate joiner ready to contribute.
?Strong core Linux skills.
?Ideal but not required: Hands-on experience with NixOS 25.05 (Warbler) or similar declarative OS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to IT service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

System & Network Administration

Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining servers, storage, and networking equipment (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the authorized platforms.

Security & Compliance

Implement and monitor IT security protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Regularly update systems with patches, firmware, and security upgrades.

Installation & Configuration

*Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.

Support IT equipment setup for new employees (PCs, laptops, email,,,).

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate IT documentation including network diagrams, inventory, and user guides.
Prepare reports on support activities, system performance, and recurring issues for IT management.

Project Support

Assist in all IT projects.

Collaborate with the company IT service provider for any related subject.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
