Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
Install, configure, and update software and drivers
Set up accounts, passwords, and network access for new users
Train users on how to use computer systems and applications
Document problems and solutions in logs and reports
Follow IT policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with security standard
Requirements:
Proven experience in an IT Support Engineer or similar role
Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control tools
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and willing to learn new technology when required
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Associate's degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Advance Knowledge of Printers, PABX Systems, Wireless Routers
Preferred knowledge of graphics design, web design etc
