The Role
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy IT Support Engineer to join our IT Managed Services team in Dubai. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of IT experience with expertise in Microsoft administration, networking, security, and end-user support. Key Responsibilities o Microsoft Administration (SPO, Exchange, Office 365): o New tenant setup and tenant migrations o User account creation, Azure AD management o Domain setup (MX records, Office 365 integration) and domain issue diagnosis o Exchange account issue tracking and resolution o OneDrive and SharePoint setup/management o 365 and SharePoint security/dynamic groups o Intune setup and MDM management Networking: o Manage SonicWall and Fortigate firewalls, Edge Router, UDM (Unifi Dream Machine), and other enterprise-grade routers/APs o Switch configuration, management, and troubleshooting o VPN setup and management, conditional access on firewalls o IT Infrastructure & User Support: o Printer/scanner setup and management o Desktop and laptop support (hardware & software) o Antivirus and endpoint protection management o Email security platforms (Mimecast, Mail Assure) Additional IT Services: o Windows Server administration (DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Windows Backup, clustering, failover) o Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, VirtualBox) o Server and NAS setup, RAID configuration (Synology/QNAP) o Backup configuration and management (Nakivo, Veeam, Skykick)
