Job Description

UAE Driving License and Car in UAE is must.

Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues , fixing hardware components (Motherboard, LCD , Keyboard etc) Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc. Log, track, and follow up on all support requests through the ITSM or ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Fresh service). Provide support for video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet). Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures. Support office IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and switches. Assist with onboarding/offboarding IT setup for employees. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Participate in routine IT audits, patching, and backup activities.
