IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime Monitor system performance and security to ensure smooth business operations Assist in the setup of servers, printers, and other network devices Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system logs Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related solutions Support data backups, recovery, and system updates Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems, and common business software Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and remote desktop tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
