IT Support Engineer

to join our dedicated team in

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and security systems Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely manner Assist employees with system access, password resets, and software usage Ensure data backup and system security through proper protocols Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance records Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and solutions Support the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and MS Office tools Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls) Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals Knowledge of data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
