IT Support Engineer

to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and provide timely technical assistance to internal teams. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys solving problems and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any interruptions to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain and update internal IT systems, backups, and security protocols. Support the team with email setups, software installations, and system access. Document and track IT support requests and resolutions for future reference. Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing or software upgrades. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a logistics or service-oriented company. Proficient in Windows and networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls). Familiar with data backup tools, antivirus software, and helpdesk systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to support users across departments and provide timely solutions.
