IT Support Engineer

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system efficiency, and support end-users in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the company. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and resolve connectivity or application-related problems. Manage user accounts, email systems, and security permissions. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data protection and system integrity. Respond to helpdesk tickets and log all support requests and resolutions accurately. Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and software licensing. Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and compliance with IT policies. Provide training or guidance to staff on basic system operations and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in logistics or a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, networking, and basic server administration. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, system upgrades, and printer/network configuration. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to technical emergencies. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
