IT Support Engineer

to join our team in

. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering top-tier technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices. Monitor and maintain company networks and systems to ensure uninterrupted performance. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Support the roll-out of new applications and system upgrades. Ensure data backups and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage equipment provisioning. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and security protocols. Familiarity with common office software, remote support tools, and cloud-based applications. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks efficiently.
