IT Support Engineer

. This role is essential for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing top-notch technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems. Maintain and update user accounts, email systems, and access controls. Ensure data backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning. Document support activities, procedures, and system configurations. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and IT security. Familiarity with office productivity tools and enterprise systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to support.
