Condor Developers is seeking a skilledIT Support Engineer
with expertise in software troubleshooting, VoIP installation, and desktop support. The ideal candidate will have avalid driving license
and be able to travel to client locations when necessary. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations across the company's development projects.Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve
software and hardware issues
for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintainVoIP systems
to ensure uninterrupted communication. Providetechnical support
to end-users, both remotely and on-site. Performroutine maintenance
and updates on IT systems. Set up and configurenew workstations
for employees. Maintaindocumentation
of IT issues, solutions, and system configurations. Travel toclient sites
for troubleshooting and installations as required. Collaborate withdevelopment teams
to ensure IT infrastructure supports ongoing projects.Requirements:
Proven experience in
IT support, troubleshooting, and VoIP installation
. Strong knowledge ofdesktop support and software troubleshooting
. Familiarity withnetworking concepts and system administration
. Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills
. Ability to workindependently
and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Validdriving license
and willingness to travel when needed.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
