IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Condor Developers is seeking a skilled

IT Support Engineer

with expertise in software troubleshooting, VoIP installation, and desktop support. The ideal candidate will have a

valid driving license

and be able to travel to client locations when necessary. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations across the company's development projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Diagnose and resolve

software and hardware issues

for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintain

VoIP systems

to ensure uninterrupted communication. Provide

technical support

to end-users, both remotely and on-site. Perform

routine maintenance

and updates on IT systems. Set up and configure

new workstations

for employees. Maintain

documentation

of IT issues, solutions, and system configurations. Travel to

client sites

for troubleshooting and installations as required. Collaborate with

development teams

to ensure IT infrastructure supports ongoing projects.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

IT support, troubleshooting, and VoIP installation

. Strong knowledge of

desktop support and software troubleshooting

. Familiarity with

networking concepts and system administration

. Excellent

problem-solving and communication skills

. Ability to work

independently

and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Valid

driving license

and willingness to travel when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
