Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and software installations as needed.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
Assist with network troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, such as configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus software and data backup solutions.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other productivity software.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
