Job Summary: \xc2\xb7 Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. \xc2\xb7 Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. \xc2\xb7 IT support to staff \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting of outlook \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting of laptop / pc \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting of any software related issues. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting printer related issue. \xc2\xb7 Installing printer and requires software for company users. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting of landline and extension. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with telecom company ( Du & Etisalat ) to fix internet related issue if requires. \xc2\xb7 Create email id for new users and setting up in outlook. \xc2\xb7 Managing Slack ( Create, Active, Inactive employee ) \xc2\xb7 CRM User management ( Create, Active, Inactive employee ) \xc2\xb7 CRM programming to implement new feature as and when required. \xc2\xb7 CRM Lead distribution \xc2\xb7 Portal support to client via email / call \xc2\xb7 Email Marketing ( Creating HTML newsletter ) \xc2\xb7 Website management \xc2\xb7 Website SEO \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting CCTV issues and making sure that all cams are working Key abilities
