IT Support Engineer To set up workstations, diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring employees from completing their work. To maintain Server, Virtual Machines and End point security and implementing automated patch update services and data security controls like encryption. Securing Network by a VPN and connecting remote offices to access the company databases Assist in developing new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve employee satisfaction. Follows emergency plans for equipment, power, or security failures when necessary and protects data and security. To coordinate with all departments and identify computer or network equipment shortages, take quotations from different vendors and place orders after the approval. To oversee local and wide area network. Work on servers, Endpoints and Handheld devices Hardening by implementing Hardening Policies. Hosting various applications on cloud via Cloud Computing. To make the network physically segregated and make network clear access control and segregation architecture. To implement new and innovative practices and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

• Web application development front end & back end
• Languages such as Python, Java, C# or similar required for automation work
• Mobile app development
• API development and integration.
• Databases such SQL , MySQL, etc.
• Development framework such as .NET, Java, Django, etc.
• IT engineers are high-level IT personnel who design, install, and maintain a company\'s computer systems.
• Troubleshooting network and software issues.
• Installing high-level software security systems.
• Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• Fixing software, and networking issues.
• Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
• Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager.
• Create backups of data and protect data
• Develop new IT strategies and latest technologies
• Complete and timely recovery of data in case data is corrupted etc.
• Managing IT support in offices with multiple branches

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ User Experience or equivalent.
• 3- 5 Years experience in software full stack development.
