Job Description
*** READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING *** We are HIRING "IT Support Engineer". :
- Design and implement processes for ensuring efficient IT operations in an organization.
- Troubleshoot/analyze computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair or replacement of computer units or other technological components.
- Installation of windows, Software & Solving software issues ensuring 100% work efficiency.
- Ensure the security of an organization's IT database by performing backups.
- Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational.
- Analyze networking issues if any, maintaining the network protocol within the organization.
- Should have knowledge of Web servers, Email servers, POP3/IMAP & taking backup of emails on monthly basis.
- Complete knowledge of WORDPRESS installation & managing the websites.
- Troubleshoot & resolve printer issues, Should have knowledge of setting up printers over the network.
- Knowledge of Trends & IT Equipment's.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Good Communicational & written skills.

- Willing to join at 2500 AED / Month ?
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- IT Engineer or Relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
