About Us:

We are a IT services and support company in Qatar, delivering reliable, end-to-end IT solutions to clients across various industries. Our services include IT Support AMC, on-call support, IT infrastructure management, time & attendance solutions, structured cabling, and network setups. We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on-call and AMC-based support to our clients. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in corporate IT environments and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-call and scheduled AMC support for clients Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices Manage and support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email configurations, and user accounts Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, basic firewall support) Perform regular preventive maintenance and health checks for client systems Support backup systems, antivirus solutions, and IT security best practices Document support activities and update service records regularly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3-4 years of hands-on experience

in IT support in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic server administration Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) Experience with structured cabling, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests Strong communication and customer service skills Valid Qatar driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
