Job Description

Configuration, installation, and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment. Provide technical support and documentation for Windows servers (physical and virtual). Good Knowledge on Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V), VMware Extensive experience in cloud like MS Azure, O365, AWS Maintain Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and all components/services including AD, DNS, NTFS, DHCP, PRINT, SERVICES, FTP, TCP/IP and others. Maintain the central antivirus server and ensure the clients and servers are free from virus and the latest virus definitions are updated. Administer multi-tiered applications architectures and databases (MS SQL), clustered file servers and high availability applications. Configure and automate system, application and database backups. Perform restores as needed including offsite recovery. Maintain and manage Storage (SAN & NAS) in effective manner. Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular preventive & corrective maintenance, patch updates. Install, troubleshoot and replace hardware and firmware as necessary. Work with users to troubleshoot and solve operational issues. Complete projects and task in a timely manner. Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. Excellent knowledge on Microsoft, VMware & Citrix Virtualization. Excellent knowledge on Microsoft System Center products and its implementation. Central AV, Backups, Management tools Implement EMC, NetApps, HP, PureStorage, QNAP Storage (SAN & NAS).
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Active Directory experience, building and supporting multiple forests and migration Familiarity with SCCM, WSUS and Microsoft System Centre Products Enterprise experience or any system integrator is a plus Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required Good communication in English (both verbal and written) skills Planning and organizing skills Good administration management skills Strong listening skills Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science with minimum 5 years relevant work experience. MCSE Maintain two Microsoft competencies Maintain Cloud competencies VMware VCP Certified Professional Azure Certification, preferable AZ900.
