IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Technician

Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role (mid-level experience acceptable). Expertise in Windows 11 and data backup tools. Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or ITIL Foundation (flexible for candidates with hands-on experience). Ability to configure and deploy new laptops with the image and support OS upgrades at remote sites (SSOC: Al-Sadd, Doha Port).
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure software and application compatibility. Backup and restore user data for seamless transitions. Provide end-user support during migration processes. Maintain business continuity while managing ongoing IT operations.
Contract Duration
