We are looking for a highly skilled

IT Support Engineer

with proven expertise in

network administration (CCNA)

and

Microsoft server environments (MCSA)

. The role involves supporting, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, network security, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 & L2 IT support for end-users, covering hardware, software, and network issues. Configure and manage Cisco-based routers, switches, VLANs, and access control lists (ACLs) as per CCNA standards. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, and firewall rules. Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange environments. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) in alignment with MCSA skill sets. Ensure patch management, system updates, and security hardening are carried out regularly. Manage backup, disaster recovery, and server storage policies. Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain IT infrastructure records. Assist in IT projects such as server upgrades, network redesigns, and Microsoft service migrations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. CCNA and MCSA certifications (mandatory) - practical application required. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on IT support and system/network administration experience. Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, routing, switching, and network security fundamentals. Proficiency in Microsoft server administration, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and Office 365 management. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues methodically and efficiently. Strong communication skills to coordinate with users and vendors.
