Bespin Global is looking to hire an IT support engineer, who will be responsible for providing ongoing IT support to users within the company, including setting up and supporting employee devices, setting up and providing support for user accounts, supporting corporate IT equipment such as networking and meeting room equipment, and working to automate and improve internal business processes as much as possible through the effective use of IT.
Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for end users and their Windows/Mac computers and applications
Complete day-to-day setup and maintenance of the company's Active Directory, as well as ongoing maintenance and monitoring of core networking equipment and devices
Help onboard new employees in the use of the necessary IT systems
Work with the MIS team and other business units to automate internal company processes and tools
Produce documentation, detailing IT processes and effective use of IT systems
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field
1-3 years' experience in IT system/network support or systems administration
Strong technical mindset, with the ability to pick up and understand new systems and technologies quickly
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
