Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of company systems and applications.
Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely manner.
Offer guidance to users on technical issues and help them understand solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular maintenance on servers and network devices.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for the team and end-users.
Knowledge of Installation of CCTV Cameras and its configuration
Knowledge of Installation of Time Attendance Machine and Configuration .
Knowledge of Installing Network Printers
Knowledge of IT networking and Structured Cabling .
Optional : Driving License Candidate
