IT Support Engineer
to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will havea minimum of 3 years of experience
, strong technical expertise across Windows Servers, cloud environments, and network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot
Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019)
for clients. Administer and manage cloud platforms such asMicrosoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
. Set up, configure, and maintainVirtual Machines
inHyper-V
andVMware
environments. Implement and supportFailover Clustering
andHigh Availability
solutions. ManageDomain Controllers
,Secondary DCs
,GPOs
,File Services
,Print Services
, andIIS
. Configure and managenetworking equipment
includingManaged Switches
,WiFi controllers
, andSecurity Routers
. Manage and configurefirewalls
such asFortinet, SonicWall, and Meraki
. Configure and supportVPN solutions (IPSec and SSL)
. Set up and manageNAS devices
andiSCSI storage
. Providedesktop support and system administration
for end-users. AdministerMicrosoft 365 tenants
includingExchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra, MDM, and Intune
. ManageGoogle Workspace
environments. Implement and maintaincloud backup solutions
such asAzure Backup, AWS Backup, Acronis, and Veeam
. Monitor and resolve issues related toservers, networks, desktops, and connected devices
for AMC clients. Handle multipleIT support tickets and ongoing projects
, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology
,Computer Science
, or a related field.3 years
of hands-on experience in IT support and system administration. Proficiency inWindows Server
environments,cloud platforms
, andnetwork management
