Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic networking issues.
Assist with password resets, account setups, and access permissions.
Install and configure software and system updates.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support teams.
Maintain IT inventory and document incidents in ticketing systems.
Support daily IT operations and minor system maintenance tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
0-2 years of IT support experience.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with Active Directory and printer configurations.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
