Primary (Must-Have) Skills

Hands-on experience in

Desktop, Laptop, Server support

, including

backup management

Strong experience in managing

Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs

Knowledge of

Switches and Routers

configuration and management Excellent

troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as a

good team contributor

and support cross-functional teams
Secondary (Good-to-Have) Skills

Experience in

IT asset procurement

and vendor coordination Managing

IT asset inventory

and

ticketing systems

Exposure to

Active Directory

(user/group management, policies - basic to intermediate) Knowledge of

Azure Entra ID

Experience with

Microsoft Office 365

administration Exposure to

VMWare or Hyper-V virtualization environments


Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day

IT support

for end users, servers, and network infrastructure Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot

network and security devices

Ensure

backup processes

are functioning and regularly monitored Maintain and update

IT asset inventory and documentation

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and renewals Work closely with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations
Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on, practical experience rather than purely managerial Strong communication skills in

Hindi and English

Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
