Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, and basic networking
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of IT Support experience (UAE)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Relevant IT degree or diploma
