job description:

1. Direct technical supervision of all work within the company.

2. As well as supervising and solving any technical problems facing employees.

3. Supervise the internal systems of the company that employees work daily.

4. Technical supervision of the company's internal network system and any servers, whether internal or on the cloud / and the anti-virus system / and work to protect the information security of the network.

5. Supervise and work on the maintenance of the systems used within the institution, including but not limited to: Server system, PBX system, DVR, Network, PC's, LED screen content, and Web Cpanel.

6. Cooperation with the management and the customer happiness department to improve the aesthetic appearance of the company for LED screens content.

7. Submit suggestions and technical systems periodically to improve the level of service quality and increase information security.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in IT service management solutions. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Office 365 Productivity Tools. Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and software issues. Experience and/or certifications in Windows system administration, covering Active Directory, Exchange. In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and networking, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot network-related problems. Advanced understanding of current Microsoft Operating Systems and Office software packages. Experience in website designee and Prestashop to coordinate marketing department.
