Joseph Digital Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain local networks (LAN/WAN), internet connectivity, and email systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in coordination with the IT team.
Support the setup and maintenance of company devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Ensure regular data backup and system updates are performed.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support or procurement.
Assist with onboarding of new employees, setting up systems and email access.
Support the implementation of cybersecurity and data protection protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office 365, and basic networking.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, system configuration, and antivirus management.
Familiarity with ERP, cloud systems, or remote desktop support is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
