Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Implement and manage security measures such as firewalls and antivirus software.Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.Manage user accounts and permissions.Backup and restore data as necessary.Conduct regular system updates and upgrades.Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Document IT procedures and configurations.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.Diagnose issues with cameras, lenses, flashes, and other photography equipment.Disassemble and reassemble equipment to identify and replace faulty components.Clean and calibrate equipment to maintain performance standards.Test repaired equipment to ensure functionality and quality.Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.Order replacement parts and maintain inventory levels.Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines to customers.Stay updated on new equipment models and repair techniques.Provide technical assistance and advice to customers.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Receive and log incoming RMA requests from customers.Verify warranty status and eligibility for returns.Coordinate with the appropriate departments to initiate replacements or repairs.Communicate with customers regarding the status of their RMAs.Generate shipping labels and arrange for product returns.Ensure that returned products are processed efficiently and accurately.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to RMAs.Maintain accurate records of RMA transactions and inventory.Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns.Identify trends or patterns in RMA requests and provide feedback for product improvement.Assist in fixing, installing, and repairing furniture, fixtures, and other non-IT equipment within all branches of the company upon request from management.
