IT Support
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and network related issues via email, phone and in-person
Install and configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and business softwares
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WI-FI, and VPN connectivity issues to ensure smooth operations
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions and password in compliance with security policies
Conduct system backups, software updates and ensure antivirus protection
Handle Office 365, Microsoft email accounts creation, maintain, authentication, access etc...
