The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems. The role includes system maintenance, installation of hardware and software, managing company email systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely IT support for all employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Manage and maintain company email accounts, user access, and security settings.
Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related problems and escalate when necessary.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, switches, routers, storage devices).
Ensure IT security protocols, antivirus, and data protection measures are up to date.
Set up new user accounts, access rights, and profiles as per company policy.
Document IT support requests, solutions, and maintain an updated knowledge base.
Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment, services, and support when required.
Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and new system rollouts.
Provide training and guidance to employees on IT systems and best practices.
Experience in IT support within a warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment environment (added advantage).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Email/Outlook, and networking.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, installations, and system setups.
Familiarity with IT security, firewalls, and backup solutions.
Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
