Provide on-site IT support across multiple construction sites and offices.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT hardware for office and site teams.
Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance machines, ensuring smooth operation and data accuracy.
Set up and maintain networking infrastructure at different sites, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
Ensure stable internet connectivity at all project sites, troubleshooting issues as required.
Perform software installation, updates, and troubleshooting for company systems, including ERP, email, and other applications.
Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues via remote assistance and site visits.
Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking hardware and software licenses.
Manage data backups and recovery plans, ensuring data security and integrity.
Monitor and maintain IT security protocols, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and access controls.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, network upgrades, and other IT-related services.
Assist in setting up project site offices, ensuring IT infrastructure is fully functional.
Support mobile device management, including company-issued smartphones and tablets.
Maintain IT documentation and reports, tracking support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of IT support experience in a construction or contracting environment.
