Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients and internal staff
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and tools
Monitor system performance and ensure IT security
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support or similar role
Good knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and networking
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
