Job Overview

The IT Support is responsible for managing and supporting the technological needs across multiple entities under the Phi Group, including Phi Medcare, Phi Medical Clinics, Phi Fit Nutrition, and Phi Med. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing systems, network security, software applications, hardware maintenance, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System and Network Support

- Monitor, record, and playback CCTV systems

- Maintain servers (monitoring, physical inspection, updates, switch management)

- Ensure secure and reliable email service management for domains

- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or performance issues.

- Set up and configure all user devices (computers, printers, phones, and WiFi routers).

- Provide first-line help desk support for hardware and software issues.

2. Software & Application Management

- Install, maintain, and update critical software used across departments.

- Manage software licenses and renewals to ensure compliance.

- Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and data encryption.

- Support and troubleshoot television systems

3. Core Systems Handling

Administer and provide user support for:

- QDES Solver Software

- Tally Solutions

- Biometric Attendance system

- Odoo ERP

- 3CX (Telephone communication systems)

- Ooredoo Messaging Integration with QDES Solver

- Vehicle tracking system

- Access Door Control System

4. Asset and Backup Management

- Track and maintain IT assets and inventory across all facilities.

- Manage printers

- Maintain a weekly backup schedule across servers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role.

- Hands-on experience with IT hardware, Windows/Linux systems, and enterprise applications.

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, IP protocols, and server administration.

- Good understanding of data security and backup protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

- Ability to support multiple locations and adapt to shifting priorities.
