Specialized in ERP Developments and improvement Able to rectify issues with ERP performs installation and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications performs monitoring and maintaining computer systems, surveillance cameras, telephone lines and other computer networks performs trouble shooting by talking to staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults does replacements of parts as required provides support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports follows diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system supports the roll-out of new applications sets up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues response within agreed time limits to call-outs works continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) prioritizes and managing many open cases at one time rapidly establishes a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers performs testing and evaluating new technology conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment prepares daily tasks report done and submit to IT Manager accordingly performs other duties as directed by his/her superiors Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
