Job Description
ADSM is looking for an IT Support Assistant to provide technical support, which helps increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT Unit. IT Support Assistant must also provide general support for the IT Unit and for the company\'s computer users. Installing and maintaining various peripherals, as well as installing relevant updates and patches.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide support to students, Faculty and staff
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Support existing applications and the roll-out of new applications
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Comply with ADSM policies and procedures
Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware ,software and network
- Strong communications skills
- Willingness to work unsociable hours
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
- IT Related academic degree
- Experience : 2 years
