Kanari AI is a leading provider of multilingual end-to-end solutions for speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI, with a special emphasis on Arabic and other regional languages. We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to work on-site with one of our partners in Doha, Qatar. Role Description: The IT Support Analyst plays a crucial role onour team by offering first-class technical support and guidance to one of our key partners. This position involves handling both Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 support tasks, addressing incidents and requests related to server-side and client-side applications. Responsibilities: Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues, perform hands-on fixes, including software installation, upgrades, implementing fixes, and configuring applications. Issue Resolution: Own and drive issues to resolution, including necessary escalations to specialized resources. Test fixes to confirm issues are adequately resolved. Incident Documentation: Log all incidents and problems within a ticketing system, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up. Post-Resolution Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with customers after issue resolution to ensure long-term success and satisfaction. Preventive Analysis: Evaluate resolved issues to identify patterns and recommend solutions to prevent future problems. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with customers, offering exceptional service and support remotely and in person. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support roles, with a proven track record of resolving logged errors in a timely manner. Technical Skills: Expertise in Windows Server and Linux server installation, configuration, and administration. Proficiency in shell scripting, with the ability to leverage PowerShell for task automation. Familiarity with web development frameworks is a plus. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to guide customers through technical processes both remotely and in person. Location Doha, Qatar
