Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is actively seeking an IT Support Analyst, to hire into their Dubai office.

About the role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for handling all types of support requests, ensuring they are logged and actioned in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of laptops, multi-functional devices and printers. You will take ownership of IT issues and see through to resolution and maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.

Other responsibilities will include assisting with the central Service Desk function, investigating issues, and working alongside colleagues and technical teams as required. You will also assist with the set-up and support of AV and video conferences.

The role of IT Support Analyst is to deliver professional, high-quality IT support to all international offices working closely with colleagues in UK, Europe, and Asia. You will be required to support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones & iPads) and telephone systems.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science/ IT or a related. You should be confident in MS Windows and Office (particularly Outlook and Word) along with a good understanding of PC hardware & software setup configuration and Management systems (preferably iManage).

Other Technical skills such as knowledge of ITIL principles, legal-specific applications (InterAction, Intapp), proficiency in using Active Directory and an understanding of software deployment packages such as SCCM is an advantage. You should apply to this role if you have experience working in a busy and demanding Service Desk supporting a large international customer base ideally within a legal practice. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
