DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Communicate status, risks and opportunities to IT/ AV Manager.
Ensure that hotel data is secured and in line with stated standards and best practices
Ensure logical access Control is in line with stated standards and best practices
Ensure guest support management logged and recorded for quality assurance.
Consistently promotes the brand in the local site and encourage the use of the brand by IT suppliers
Provide consultancy to better expedite access and the better use of information in the property
Ensure satisfaction on all guests IT queries to defined standards
Ensure that standards are communicated and maintained in the property
Ensure the communication between the department team members are clear and technically understood.
Motivate and inspire team members to perform
Continues to be productive in changing circumstances
Develops positive working relationships at all levels

QUALIFICATIONS
:
Diploma/ Trainings in IT
EXPERIENCE
:
2 years of similar experience with IT positions;
UAE experience will be an added value;
