Based in Dubai, the ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and networking concepts, with experience in Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls being advantageous. Responsibilities

Set up and configure workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and network access. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft products. Provide first-line support for IT-related issues. Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular updates. Assist with user access management. Support local network infrastructure. Ensure IT policy compliance and data security. Requirements

1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Fortinet NSE are a plus. Experience in the Middle East is not required. We Offer
