We are a growing real estate firm in Abu Dhabi looking for a skilled IT professional to manage and support our technology systems, ensuring smooth operations across our team and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Manage property management software, CRM systems, and other business applications. Monitor IT systems and security to prevent downtime or data breaches. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain data backup, storage, and recovery processes. Assist in implementing new IT solutions to improve workflow efficiency. Provide user training and support for staff on IT systems and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

At least

2 years' experience

in IT support or IT administration, preferably in the real estate or property management sector. Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS environments, networking, and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, and office productivity tools. Understanding of IT security best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with VoIP systems, CCTV, or smart office technology. Knowledge of UAE IT regulations and cybersecurity standards.
