We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

IT Support

to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop systems, software, networks, and office equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment. Respond to technical support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and MS Office applications. Assist in the setup and maintenance of email accounts, VPN access, and user profiles. Support company CRM, ERP, and real estate-specific platforms. Ensure data backup and recovery processes are functioning correctly. Monitor IT inventory and assist in procurement of IT hardware and software. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and warranty claims. Provide IT onboarding and training for new employees. Maintain documentation of IT procedures, systems, and user guides.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-4 years of IT support experience (preferably in a real estate or corporate environment). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with real estate CRM or property management software is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
