The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of all business operations. You'll play a key role in solving technical issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining infrastructure performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to employees (on-site and remote) in Arabic and English.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and company software.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory.
Monitor systems and respond to alerts, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain and update inventory of IT assets, licenses, and devices.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or external vendors when needed.
Support video conferencing tools, remote access, VPN, and Microsoft 365 services.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective.
Document all issues and solutions in the internal IT ticketing system.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Helpdesk Technician, or similar role.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
- both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, printers, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
Good understanding of IT security and data privacy practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
