About the Role:
As IT Supervisor, you will be responsible to assist IT Manager and users on the effective operation of IT equipment management, Infrastructure, network, security, hotel operational system and other systems.Conduct relevant periodic training and refresher training courses for the users.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Maintaining & resolving the IT related request and complaints raised in the Helpdesk system.
Supervision and management of the Information Technology system.
To ensure that the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s IT systems both hardware and software is fully accounted for property maintained and reliable.
To draw procedure to ensure that any problems encountered in software and hardware are address immediately.
Assists in the administration and maintenance of the company\'s technology infrastructure
Ensures compliance with established procedures, systems security, contingency plans, internal controls and standards.
Provides training programs to increase user knowledge of systems to ensure high degree of computer proficiency.
Assists the IT manager in the installation of software and hardware upgrades, in compliance with Dusit Corporate and legal requirements related to software licensing agreements.
Inspects and maintains the company\'s telephone system at the hotel. Oversees all telephone changes.
Oversees all computer-related activities and tasks as well as monitors and controls off-site employees with the use of laptops, email and other forms of online communications.
Provides assistance to other department in regards to troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery. Ensures that the support or back-up systems will be effectively in place within a timely manner whenever required.
To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system.
Should be available 24 hrs on call.
To define and keep updated written incident management policies and procedures where action to be taken, persons to be contacted in case of incident are clearly mentioned.
